Papercraft Star Challenge 23

This week's sponsor for the Papercraft Star challenge is Lucky Girl Goods!  It's an Etsy shop that sells vintage paper stamps along with other hand made embellishments!  Now, I love me some vintage!  You can imagine my excitement when I read that there was a special discount for Papercraft Star followers!  Vintage AND a sale...reel me in because I've just been baited!
This week's challenge is to create a holiday gift tag using cardstock, patterned paper, stamped and/or die cut ribbon or twine, and gems or pearls.  Now, how to fit all of that on a tag?  Well, let's start with a big tag.  I used the largest die from the Spellbinders Labels 14.  I then cut Very Vanilla cardstock and covered it with some patterned paper from Melissa Frances called "Home for the Holidays."  I wanted to go for a Victorian- styled tag, so I added a lace trim along with pearl accents.  Using some pinking shears, I cut a piece of cardstock stamped with music notes and added a vintage button.  I then finished it off by adding different ribbons and twill.  I hope everyone gets a chance to check out the Papercraft Star blog this weekend and vote on your favorite tag!  Have a great weekend, and thanks for stopping by.

Here's a picture without all the trim in front.  If you look closely you can see Santa in there.
