I started out with some Chocolate Chip cardstock as my base. Then I took some book paper from an old nursing dictionary I had picked up from the Goodwill. (No worries this one was defective one as some of the pages were set upside down.) Using some pinking shears I cut the paper to fit and distressed the edges. Next I stamped the grass in chocolate chip ink onto the text paper. For the flowers I stamped using Versa mark and then added chalks to bring out the image. Instead of using birds like in the photo I used a wooden butterfly button. Some ribbon tied in a simple bow and a burlap tag finishes my card. I printed the sentiment onto some paper and cut it out and glued to the tag.
