Polka Dots

It's the middle of the week and time for another challenge over at the Papercraft Star!  This week we want to see those fun polka dots!  This week's photo inspiration is so cute.  Myself, I'm a bit too square to wear those bad boys, but they sure are cute!  For my card this week I used a stamp set from Taylored Expressions.  I have to admit I purchased it a long time ago and this is the first time I've inked it up.  The cupcakes were colored using Copic markers, and was die cut using a Spellbinders die.  My card base is bashful blue from SU.  The polka dot paper is from My Minds Eye.  I made my own tag from another Spellbinders die and stamped the sentiment on to it.  I made a simple bow from seam binding, and added doodle lines around the polka dot paper.  I've been seeing some wonderful projects using doodling, and wanted to give it a try.  I'd love to see what you come up with using polka dots.  Just link up your project by Monday 6:00 am Est for your chance to win some digital images from our sponsor The House Across The Bay.

  2. This is such a fun card, Anitra, love that it is so colorful! I am like you, love the shoes, but could not ever have worn them, even thin I would have looked like Mini Mouse! Have a fun day!

  3. Oooo yummies matched with polka dots. Can't beat that. LOL This is adorable Anitra. Great die cut shapes and the doodling looks fantastic. Yep, those shoes are adorable, but I'm too square too plus I'd probably break a leg. LOL Hugs!
