Wednesday once again and that's means it's time for another Papercraft Star Challenge! Let us help you get over that hump with a Birthday challenge. Our spotlight designer this week is Sylvia, and once again she had created something absolutely beautiful for this challenge! Stop by her blog to take a look at how she has used some beautiful images from our sponsor The House Across The Bay. For my card this week I created a little shabby number that I had loads of fun making! I used a simple sentiment form Clear Art Stamps and used lots of embellishments. i started out with some Webster's Pages which I matted on some choice butter cream card stock from Taylored Expressions. I just thought those little cupcakes were SO sweet! The sentiment was stamped on the butter cream card stock and framed using a Tattered Angles chipboard. I used some Tim Holtz distress inks on the frame and paper. The seam binding and pom pom trims were added along with a stick pin I made myself and a tuff of feathers. I used a sizzix rolled flower die to cut my light pink fleece. To adhere the flower I used fabric tac, and added a pearl to the center. Now it's your turn! Just link up your project by 6:00 am EST for your chance to win some lovely images from our sponsor The House Across The Bay. Looking forward to seeing what you all create!
