Kind Thanks

Hello Wednesday!  Are you ready for another Papercraft Star challenge?  This week's theme is to use a stamp in your project.  Easy as can be.  For my card this week I used the inspiration photo to stir my creative juices.  I loved the way the lace looked in the window.  I tried to recreate this look by stamping in Whisper White a lacy border stamp and embossing with white embossing power on top of a crumb cake card stock.  I repeated the embossing along the top of the card.  I then used a simple ribbon threaded through a pearl ribbon slide and stamped my sentiment.  This is my version of a clean and simple.  Not my usual style, but I liked the simplicity of this one.  Now I know you have stamps you are itching to use, so get them out and give our challenge a try for your chance to win some images from our sponsor The House Across The Bay.  Just link your project up by 6:00 a.m.  EST.  For a look at what our spotlight designer Jan's project head on over to her blog to see how she has used THATB images.  Thank you for stopping by and have a good week!

  3. One of the reasons I chose this particular photo as inspiration is YOU. I expected some gorgeous lace, but not a lace stamp, and you surprised me !! Such a gorgeous card, really truly special. You may think it is not your usual style, but I do see you shining through it all ! ♥♥♥ - J -
